I’ve written this Clash5 review to tell you all about what I think is one of the most innovative gaming sites on the scene. Worth a look if you fancy a blend of collectible cards, mystery boxes and sweepstakes gaming.
Clash5 offers you a fresh way to collect cards, use them to enter various battles and then win XP. I’ll show you how you can potentially redeem a kind of virtual currency called Clash Coins for real-world prizes after meeting the playthrough requirements, and examine all of the reasons why you can trust Clash5 for safe and fair gaming.

It’s actually hard to summarize what Clash5 is in one sentence, but I’ll give it a go. It’s kind of like a collectible cards site with a few mystery box features, and it’s also got a sweepstakes casino on the side.
The key thing to understand is that there isn’t any real money gambling involved, as you will be playing with the following two kinds of virtual currencies:
So, it’s probably best that I give you a full workthrough of how you can sign up and play at Clash5 so that you can see what it’s all about. Here’s what you need to do:
Click on any of the links for Clash5 in the banners of this page to launch the site from your browser
Create your account by filling in the registration form with your email and then create a password
Submit your account application, click the verification link and log into your new account
Check that the free Clash Coins and Starter Cards from the welcome offer have been added to your account
Use those Starter Cards to play in one of the collectible card Battles and hopefully get a good enough ranking on the Daily Leaderboard to get some XP
Click on any of the casino games to launch them from your web browser and use your Clash Coins to play the games
If you play through and win back enough Clash Coins to your verification account, you can then redeem them for real-world prizes
Don’t go thinking that those casino games are just an afterthought at Clash5, because it’s actually got a seriously good games portfolio. There must be well over 800 games here and it’s notable that they come from big name developers like Iconic21, BGaming and Betsoft. Here are just a few of the gaming highlights I discovered:
The collectible card part of Clash5 sees you unlocking various Mystery Boxes that will contain some randomly assigned Cards. These Cards will be ranked in the categories of Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary, and the rarer the card, the more powerful they will be in the Battles.
The Battles are simple one-on-one showdowns where you pick your five best cards and play them against other players. Each card will have its own unique Attack and Defense statistics, and if you beat your rival, you will get XP points.
These can be collected and used to determine your position on the Daily Leaderboard. If you have enough XP points at the end of the day to get the highest rankings, you will be rewarded with XP Points to get more bragging rights and so on.
While I’ve got this separate guide about the different kinds of Clash5 bonus that you can get, I thought I should give you the basics right here. So here are just some of the deals that you can get as a new and existing customer:
So, the bad news is that there isn’t a Clash5 app, but the good news is that the brand’s site is supremely user-friendly regardless of whether you’re using a computer or mobile. I actually carried out much of this Clash5 review on my iPhone browser and found that I could do everything from signing up to collecting those Cards and playing the games without any issues.
I found that there was nothing to worry about at Clash5 as everything about the brand seemed safe, fair and legit. Here are just a few reasons why this is the case:
Clash5 abides by all of the relevant US sweepstakes gaming rules, which makes it available all over the country except for Connecticut, Idaho, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, and Washington.
The Clash5 site has all of the SSL encryption technologies you’d expect and there’s a privacy policy outlining how your data will be handled.
Clash5 lets you apply limits on your purchases and gameplay, and you can also self-exclude or permanently close your account.
There’s a Game Rules section in the site footer as well as in the FAQ, and you can also check the Terms of Service for clarification about how Clash5 works.
While Clash5 is more than happy to give you free Clash Coins via one of the many promos, the brand does also give you the option to pay to open one of the Mystery Boxes to get some Cards. This can be done just by making a one-off payment via a trusted card brand like Visa, Mastercard or American Express. I was also able to use Apple Pay and my transaction went through instantly and without any sneaky fees.

While it was nice to play for fun with those Cards, I eventually was able to redeem my Clash Coins winnings for some real-world prizes. I had to have a fully verified account before I could do this, and there were also 1x playthrough requirements.
Note that you have to win back a minimum of 10 Clash Coins for a gift card prize and 100 Clash Coins for a cash prize. These redemptions can be made via bank transfer or check up to $500 once per week, and you may have to wait up to 14 days for the prize to come through.
I found it pretty easy to get help from Clash5 as I just had to post my question via the live chat and got an answer in just a couple of minutes. There’s also help on email and social media too. The FAQ is also pretty good as it helped me verify my account, and there are other articles for things like making your purchases, redemptions and so on.

I had a great time at Clash5, and I think that you will too. While it’s got a bit of a steep learning curve, once you get used to the battle concept you will have great fun collecting those Cards, beating other players and then getting your hands on those Clash Coins.
Everything else about Clash5 is as I’d hoped, and it was only the lack of mobile app that let things down. Thankfully, the brand’s site is very mobile-friendly, so that wasn’t a problem. So best hit any of the links for Clash5 in the banners of this page to register your account and start playing.
Kind of, as it features casino games that you can play for free in a sweepstakes mode, although it also acts as a cross between a mystery box site and a collectible card site. Good news for anyone looking for a brand new way to play.
You will have to be at least 21 years old to sign up to Clash5. This is a slightly higher minimum age requirement than the 18 years I found in my Goatbox review which is standard at most mystery box sites.
Yes, you can find Clash5 on Facebook, X and Instagram where it hosts a bunch of fun puzzles and giveaways. Plus the brand’s Discord is also worth a closer look.
Go to the Account section and click on the Verification button. From here you need to upload a selfie and some government-issued photo ID showing your residential address such as a passport or driving licence.
It’s just a matter of loading up the site from your browser, clicking on the Join Now button and then providing your email address. Once you have created a password, you can submit your application and then start collecting those Cards and Clash Coins.
