Underdog Review - navigation, design, and user-experience
In my experience, some of the
best DFS betting sites
are those that can offer their users a very smooth and pleasant user experience. Doesn’t matter how good their bonuses are; if their website is clunky and navigation is slow, users will not be willing to come back to that DFS betting site.
Fortunately, my Underdog Review found the opposite. The brand has a very sophisticated website design with a strong and unique brand identity. I love the bold box callouts for different games and if you like the black and yellow combination as much as I do, then you will love their site design.
Now listen, I am a major dog lover so I am a little biased about the site’s use of a dog in their logo. Full marks for that! Does Underdog have some street cred?
In the DFS betting site market, reputation is everything. This is why I wanted to highlight the market reputation of the brand in my Underdog review. Well, I am happy to report that the brand is really putting their money where their mouth is. Word on the street is that the brand is secure, makes good on its bonuses and other rewards, and is overall a reliable and good DFS betting site that players can trust.
I looked through other non-sponsored expert reviews and player reviews to arrive at this conclusion so you can trust me on this. Besides that, I also didn’t find any red flags or excessively negative player reviews about the site during my review. Deposit and Withdrawal methods on Underdog
I feel like this was the only thing about the brand that I was slightly disappointed about. In life, I like options, as I am sure you do too. However, I found the deposit and withdrawal methods on the site to be slightly limited for my taste. Especially because I usually find a much wider selection on other Fantasy Football and

alike.
So the first option to deposit and withdraw is by using your Debit/Credit Card. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express for all your Underdog deposits.
The other option available to bettors is PayPal, which many bettors do have so I feel like it’s still a fairly inclusive payment method.
Remember that there is a minimum deposit limit of $5 on all deposits and withdrawals on Underdog. I was pleased to find no additional fees or hidden charges during my Underdog review, which is a major plus for me.
Prompt customer support with useful responses
There is nothing I hate more than being stuck on a chatbot, talking to a robot, that understands nothing that I am saying. So I was really glad to see that you can talk to actual humans if you ever need support at Underdog.
The brand has multiple support channels which is always a green flag for me. You can either email them at support@underdogfantasy.com, call the phone number +1 917-267-2182 to talk to someone in real-time, fill out a web form and request a callback, or simply tweet at them if they are not being responsive.
In my experience, the phone number is a bit of a hit or miss depending on when you are calling but they are super responsive over email.
Underdog licensing - have you checked the map?
There is a very complicated licensing process that DFS betting sites have to go through in the United States. So I was not surprised to see that the site is available in only about 18 states as of now.
However, you can find a very helpful interactive map on the Underdog site where you can see which of their games is available in which states. I highly recommend checking if the game you want to play is available in your state before you proceed to sign up and make a deposit.

As much as I would like Underdog to have international fame, it hasn’t gotten there yet, much like US football (but don’t tell them I said that). So for now, you can only play on the site if you are a resident of the 18 states in the United States where the site is available and most Canadian provinces, except Ontario. Once again, check the map on their homepage to find out which game is available and where.
Unlike some of the other DFS betting sites, Underdog doesn’t have a fully built-out loyalty program or VIP program. However, they do incentivize customer referrals by rewarding players with $10 in site credit if they can bring a new user onto the platform who deposits at least $10 and plays a game at least once. In my opinion, this site could do more, but I am hoping that as and when they grow, they will offer better loyalty program options.
