As mentioned earlier, you can only participate in Pickem contests via the Fliff Superstars app, which is available on Android and iOS. It appears Fliff is still focusing on mobile users.

If, however, the support bot is unable to resolve your issue, it’ll recommend that you click the “Transfer to agent” button to seek help from a human agent.
