I’ve compiled FuturePlay ratings for every aspect of the site – the casino, sportsbook, and eSports areas. I can confirm it scores highly in all areas.
The site is good enough that you don’t need an app, and the format is user friendly throughout. I provide licensing info and details about the chance to consider a welcome bonuse that includes 220% reward for all your stakes, even up to €1000.

FuturePlay bucks the trend by offering plenty of promotions. There are separate ones for the casino and the sportsbook (including the eSports area), so you’ll need to pick your poison and select the one that means most. There’s a complete bonus review available too if you want the full rundown of what’s involved at FuturePlay. Suffice to say there are plenty of offers to consider whether you’re old or new to the site.
Usability is big news at any online betting site, so it was great to see how convenient it was to move around FuturePlay. It was a breeze to do so, especially when I realized the eSports area was a separate but still quite large section inside the sportsbook. If you’re in the casino, you’ll see all the relevant categories and links pertaining to casino play instead, although you can always get back to the main page by clicking or tapping on the logo.
Even on my computer, I noted the burger icon with the three lines in the top left of the site if I was in the casino. If I visited the sportsbook, that burger menu wasn’t there. This was easier to get to grips with than I thought, and it keeps all unnecessary links out of the way so you can focus on the area of the site you’re currently enjoying. FuturePlay is safe and efficient to use, and there are all kinds of useful links at the bottom of each page as well – not least the odds format you’re currently using. You can change over to another format if you like – it’s as quick as the flick of a switch to do so.
There’s another company called Futureplay that does have apps available, but they’re not the same outfit, so don’t get confused and download something that isn’t related to the site I’m reviewing here. I did note that the FuturePlay website didn’t go for an app because there’s no real need to – the website is designed to be mobile friendly anyway.
Depending on the screen size you’re viewing the site with, you’ll spot some of the links and features shifting to the bottom of the screen, providing you with a menu there instead. I’ve spotted some sites that look completely different when viewed on a smartphone or tablet, but I am pleased to say FuturePlay is not one of them. They’ve poured plenty of time into making sure their format and information looks much the same no matter how you view it. Just use whichever mobile browser you prefer and off you go.
Within seconds of arriving at FuturePlay, I noted a range of cryptocurrency logos and no other familiar payment icons anywhere. This is a crypto site, therefore, and it provides nine of these coins to deposit (€, CA$, NZ$, AU$ and INR) and withdraw with, depending on your preference. Bitcoin and Litecoin are among the available options, but you can count on finding most other famous cryptocurrencies on the list as well.
It did puzzle me, then, to spot the payments page and its confirmation of credit card deposit and withdrawals. It turns out, after a little detective work, that you can purchase crypto via FuturePlay itself by using a credit or debit card. This adds a layer of convenience to the site – something I haven’t seen at alternative sites.
Does FuturePlay hit the mark with its customer support facilities? This can be a make or break feature of any site, so let’s see what’s on offer. First up, there is a quirk on offer if you hit the support link. You’ll see this at the foot of the side menu in the sportsbook or in the lower menu no matter where you are. The side menu link opens the live support area, although it’s handled by a bot. The link in the bottom menu opens a support page with more info on it.
The support page includes a contact form, plus an email address and a link to their FAQs page. The FAQS broadly relate to just two topics though:
If you have any questions about the sportsbook, it seems you might come up empty as I did. Of course, you then have the live chat feature to check out. You need to part with your name and email address to use this, but it doesn’t appear you need to be a member to check it out. I did dig up plenty more supportive pages at the bottom of the site though, such as:
So, there’s all to play for if you want to get some more support at any point, and my FuturePlay ratings still hold up for this portion of the review.
The tiny print in the footer reveals Curacao license information possessed by Dama N.V., who operate the site. They also give full address details and their company registration number, all of which can be independently verified prior to play.
The program goes through seven levels from Rookie up to Chairman, although you don’t get automatic entry. Instead, you need to meet the minimum wagering requirements to become a Rookie, and these differ for the casino and the sportsbook. Once in, you’ll get weekly cashback and a level-up bonus.
I spotted seven top sports separate to the A-to-Z list, including tennis, football, and cricket. Canoeing and even chess are included in the A-to-Z, giving me lots of potential to find my preferred sports.
The foot of the menu column includes a statistics area. This gave me the chance to select one of six odds formats, so they’ve nailed this requirement with ease. As you’d expect, FuturePlay always provides competitive odds across all markets.
Go live by accessing the in-play option in the menu. The sports list also gives numbers next to each, confirming the current live event tally in each case.
I found the bet slip indicated the lowest and highest bets I could go for, as there didn’t seem to be a section revealing individual limits for each sport.
FuturePlay has more scope than other sportsbooks I’ve seen, offering a good layout packed with info. Fans of all sports – yes, even chess – will find plenty to appreciate. I enjoy betting in advance and indulging in some in-play wagers too.
Each game names its provider, with Pragmatic Play, Relax, and Play’n Go appearing among others. I couldn’t select a game studio to see only their games, but there were categories for the slots to make it easier to find my way around.
The slots section includes nine categories, with Megaways and Drops & Wins titles included. Aside from the slots, I found some crash games and table games to check out too.
The live dealer area is promising, with dozens of games to check out. I found my favorite blackjack tables, but there are roulette, baccarat, and Sic Bo options among others, too.
Don’t push the envelope when you’re considering your budget and the best games to play. Every game comes with minimums and maximums, and they can vary a lot between titles and providers. I was able to check this detail prior to play – and most games include demos to make this easier (aside from the live games).
It’s game on at this casino, with hundreds of games to explore from multiple sources. I found it easy to look around first, too, helping me settle in just fine.
The side menu showcases seven major eSports including Counter-Strike 2, Doha 2, and League of Legends. Other eSports appear in a separate area below that, including Valorant and even some eBasketball. This format makes light work of finding your top eSport.
Head for an individual eSport to learn more about tournaments and leagues. If there is nothing live, you can check the schedule to see what’s coming next, so you won’t miss a trick.
Choose your preferred odds format via the tool at the bottom of the side menu. I found decent odds compared to other eSports providers, with plenty of coverage across all events. The dark backdrop and white writing make the odds pop out too.
The live betting area covers all sports, but you will spot any eSports that have live events happening in there too. Just check the menu and you’ll see them listed.
The dedicated eSports section is simple to find and comes packed with info. The live coverage beats most other sites into a cocked hat, so you’ll find many reasons to return.
Yes, this is a crypto casino and sportsbook catering for players in a range of countries. It also has its own eSports area.
There are several, so you must consider whether you want to claim the casino bonus or the sports bonus (which covers eSports too).
The site offers a casino area and sportsbook, the latter including eSports. It provides a range of cryptocurrencies to choose from when depositing or withdrawing funds.
It’s all systems go at FuturePlay, thanks to the casino, sportsbook, and eSports coverage. I found several promotions in store, no matter the area I wanted to visit, and live casino games and live sports action came to the fore too. It’s certainly worth exploring.
