MaxDuel is a new PVP games site that has launched in the US. I’ve tested it and had fun battling against opponents on games like Multi Plinko, Mobile Warfare, and Dragon Stone, but what MaxDuel promotions did I find?
On creating my account, I noticed a $20 deposit bonus that new customers can get, plus some other interesting features like a VIP club, leaderboard tournaments, and a referral scheme. If you read on, I will explain how each of these features work, and give you an introduction to the basic premise of this exciting PVP gaming site.
MaxDuel is a relatively new concept and type of site, but I quickly got used to how it works. Upon signing up, I found that it does have a welcome bonus, but you don’t need to use a MaxDuel promo code to get it.
As this is a site where you can play PVP games for real money, there is also a potential real money welcome bonus that you can get:
As you will see below, this is released incrementally based on your PVP gameplay.
There are several steps I had to take to unlock the MaxDuel sign up offers for US customers – creating an account, making a deposit, and playing PVP games. You need to start by registering, which can be done by following these steps:
You have to enter the email verification code to complete your registration, so make sure you check in the spam folder as my email went there. After doing that, your account is created, and you need to make your first $10 or more deposit to activate the bonus. Essentially, you are getting a deposit match bonus of up to $20, based on what you use to play the PVP games with. So, you have to also do the following:
I did not need to use a MaxDuel bonus code for this offer, and please note that you can only get the bonus by playing PVP games – not any of the solo games that they offer.
As this is such a new genre of website, I don’t have much to compare the bonus to, in terms of competitors. I think it’s good value though, and the terms and conditions are easy to understand. For instance, there’s no wagering requirements that I saw on the bonus funds you get, and you can easily track the progress by clicking on the welcome offer box in the left-hand site menu.
The only thing you need to realize is that you do not get the $20 bonus in one chunk. Instead, you get $1 essentially for every $15 you spend on PVP games, which means that you have to use $300 on PVP games to get the full $20 bonus. I found the gaming fun though, and the PVP aspect is great if like me, you are a competitive gamer and enjoy strategizing and trying to outwit your opponents.
After the welcome bonus, I also found a range of other MaxDuel promotions for existing customers, plus some interesting features. This includes a VIP club where you can get a rakeback bonus, leaderboard tournaments with cash prizes, and a referral scheme where you can get commission.
There is a MaxDuel VIP club where you have the potential to get up to a 30% rakeback on your real money PVP gameplay. Everyone can join this VIP program, and you automatically start at the Iron tier. From what I could see, progression works on a point system, where you get 1 point for every $1 you spend on buy-ins for the PVP games. I’ve listed the complete tier list together with the points brackets and the rakeback you can get below:
| Tier | Points Needed | Rakeback % |
| Iron | 0-99 | 0% |
| Steel | 100-199 | 2.5% |
| Bronze | 200-499 | 5% |
| Silver | 500-1,499 | 10% |
| Gold | 1,500-3,999 | 16% |
| Platinum | 4,000-9,999 | 22% |
| Diamond | 10,000+ | 30% |
The rakeback is paid automatically to your account on the 2nd of each month, and it is credited as cash with no wagering requirements. I think this is a great VIP scheme, and it’s essentially one of those programs you can initially learn about, but then forget and potentially benefit from automatically as you play.
When I wrote this MaxDuel bonus code review, there wasn’t an active leaderboard, but I could still see the potential structure and how they work. It looks like these will run regularly, and you can have the chance of getting cash prizes based on your leaderboard placement. It looks as if the tournaments will be based on PVP real money gameplay only, and your leaderboard position will be based on your in-game scores.
There seems to be a 1x playthrough requirement on any cash you get from the tournaments, and your prizes should typically be awarded within 48 hours of the competition ending. This is definitely something to look out for, as the tournaments could add an extra layer of competition and excitement to your gaming, and there’s always the potential to be one of the winners.
I also found a MaxDuel refer-a-friend scheme where you have the chance to get commission on your friend’s prize multipliers. To access and use the referral scheme, you can do the following:
Your friend has to then register an account using your link, but there’s no minimum deposit or spend requirements. Provided that they register an account using your link, you can then get 10% commission for the first 30 days of their account activity based on their prize multipliers from PVP gaming. From what I can see, there is no limit on how many people you can refer either.
Now that I’ve discussed the MaxDuel promotions, I want to explain the premise of the site and how it works. Also, if you want a full breakdown of its features and games, you can check out my complete MaxDuel review.
This is primarily a PVP gaming site. You will mainly be playing a range of casino-style games with a twist, but not against the site. Instead, you’ll be playing against other players. I think this gives you more strategy, fun, and engagement, as you are not competing against the house edge, but against the skill and play of other customers.
At MaxDuel, there are two game modes:
On top of that, in both game modes, you can play using either PlayMoney or real money:
This is why looking at things like promo codes for MaxDuel and the brand’s sign up offers for US customers is important, as you may be able to unlock more bonus money to play with.
I enjoyed playing the PVP games at MaxDuel and I think this site has great potential. It certainly helps that the games can be made more enjoyable and easier to play by the MaxDuel promotions such as the deposit bonus, the referral scheme, and the VIP program.
Remember that if you click the links or banners on this page and register an account at MaxDuel, you can get a $20 bonus based on your PVP gaming. However, please make sure that you always read the terms and conditions of the promotions carefully, as these things can change quickly without warning.
Unfortunately not. I did not find a MaxDuel no deposit bonus, but there is a potential $20 bonus that new customers can get by playing PVP games with their real money balance.
You have to create a new account and make a $10 minimum deposit. After that, for every $1 you play PVP games with, you get 1 bonus token, where 15 bonus tokens unlock a $1 bonus. The maximum bonus you can get from this is $20.
MaxDuel is a PVP gaming site. You can deposit real money here and then play a variety of PVP games against real opponents. There is also a free play mode that uses PlayMoney which is a virtual currency.
Not really. This isn’t how the site works – it doesn’t have classic casino games like video slots. Instead, it has a range of PVP games that you play against other gamers.
