I counted over 100 Royale.GG mystery boxes spanning clothing, gaming consoles, tech accessories, electronics, jewelry, sports items, and lots more. The exact content of each box isn’t disclosed, but you’ll find a list of the possible prizes and the probability of pulling each one. - 2vs2 Battle:
You team up with another user for unboxing battles, and the team with the highest-value items shares the rewards.
- Group Battle:
Here, the rewards are pooled together and shared equally between all four users.
- Jackpot Battle:
All the rewards go into a shared pool, and the winner is chosen based on the value of what each user unboxed.

Upgrader
If you don’t like a reward from your case, or you simply want to try for something better, you can click the Upgrader to swap it for a potentially higher-value item. You just have to choose the item you want to upgrade, select a multiplier from 1.5x, 2x, 5x, to 10x, then click Upgrade.
There’s a catch though. Upgrades aren’t always successful, and you’ll lose your item if it fails. Also, higher multipliers mean lower chances of getting the upgrade.

Turns out they’re efficient, but response times aren’t the fastest since there’s no 24/7 live chat option. Clicking on the chat bubble at the lower right of the homepage opens up the support widget. There’s an option to start a chat, but when I did, I got a notification that I’ll receive a response via email, and that came in after 8 hours.
