If you are sick of the same boring sweepstakes casino designs then the unique, arcade-style design of Jackpotgo Casino could be what you are looking for, and this is just one thing I look at in this Jackpotgo Casino review.
This operator launched its site towards the end of 2024 and since then I’ve been using my account to test its features and see what it offers for the average US customer. If you read on, you can see my findings and experiences to gauge whether you want to give it a try or not!

We’ve got to get the boring stuff out of the way for this Jackpotgo Casino review - things like support, licensing, and purchasing methods aren’t exactly fun, but they are imperative for the site’s usability and your safety.
Jackpotgo is a sweepstakes casino which means unlike real money sites it doesn’t need a gambling license. However, it has to follow sweepstakes regulations for the US states it is available in. From my testing, it does this. Firstly, there’s no real money deposits, and the games can only ever be played using Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.
Secondly, the operator makes no purchase necessary to play the games, and they are always available for free, via the aforementioned virtual currencies.
I would like to see a live chat support option for Jackpotgo Casino but currently there isn’t one. The main support method is email - you can send a support request to jackpotgo@outlook.com. This annoys me - I don’t like it when a sweepstakes casino uses an Outlook mailbox and doesn’t get their own domain email - it makes it look less professional.
I sent a few emails with made-up queries and I found the response time to be between 1-3 hours which is OK, but considering some sites have live chat support where you can speak to someone within 5 minutes, it is a little slow.

There are optional Gold Coin packages that you can purchase for USD at Jackpotgo Casino. These range from $2 which gets you 22,000 Gold Coins and 200 VIP points, and after the purchase you get 2 SC as a bonus. I tested the purchasing system and was able to use MasterCard/credit cards, but no other options. The purchase processing time was instant I had no problem getting my Gold Coins.
I’ve been dying to talk about the site design and usability as I don’t think I’ve really seen a sweepstakes casino that compares. I want to start by saying that I am NOT a fan of the angle they’ve gone for - I just don’t like it and it’s not the type of social casino I like playing at.
My goodness! What can I say about the site design? I can see the angle they’ve gone for - it’s essentially a playful, cartoonish design that’s meant to look like an arcade, retro video game or carnival… I think. You’ve even got an irritating background soundtrack that I instantly turned off! This cartoonish ad over-the-top design continues throughout the site with big chunky menus and bright colors.
I completely get that some people will love this, but it’s a no from me. I just find the whole design too distracting and this is not the style of sweepstakes casino I would pick to play at long term. Usability is OK and it has decent game searchability, and there is plenty of explanation for beginners and those unfamiliar with how social casinos work.
There isn’t a downloadable app and the mobile version is essentially exactly the same as the desktop site, but it shrinks to fit on smaller screen sizes. The same issues persist for me though with the exaggerated and overly colorful design and I just couldn’t get on with it. Maybe you will though and perhaps I’m just boring?
For my Jackpotgo Casino ratings I had to consider the game collection and what entertainment I think you’ll get. Out of all the features, I think gaming is the biggest area that needs improving as they do only offer a limited collection of 50+ games from two developers.
The first thing I noticed when browsing the game selection at Jackpotgo Casino was that they only work with two software developers. For context, social casinos usually don’t make their own games and they get them from third-party iGaming producers. In most instances, you can expect a site to feature games from 10+ developers, so 2 is pretty limiting and goes to show why they only currently have 50+ games available.
The redeeming factor about this though, is that the two developers are Evoplay and Booming Games. I’ve had plenty of experience with these two developers and I know they are reputable, licensed, and have their games checked for fairness. Also, Evoplay and Booming Games slots are generally fun and have a range of decent mechanics.
Really though, this operator really needs to expand its game offering and partner with more developers - I want to see other top names like 3 Oaks Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spinomenal, for example.
Because they only use games from two developers, you’ve got a severely limited selection of categories and you can essentially only play video slots or single player table games. This means there’s no live dealers, no arcade games, and no bingo, for example.
If you enjoy video slots then cool - you’ll have plenty of fun here and the slots from the two developers are high quality. However, if like me, you prefer live games and arcade games, you are going to be bored. While creating this Jackpotgo Casino review, I spent most of my time playing blackjack, roulette, and baccarat and I did test a few of the slots. I think that if you tend to stick with one game that you like, the variety won’t be an issue, but if you enjoy playing new games and trying different genres, you’ll be a little stuck.
Other Jackpotgo reviews I’ve read commented on the bonuses and while we’ve got a complete Jackpotgo promo review, I at least wanted to review the welcome bonus and VIP club in this guide.
I must have played at over 100 sweepstakes casinos and the main thing they have in common is the welcome bonus. This typically gives a chunk of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins to get you started. Jackpotgo does this and when you register here and verify your ID, you get 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins.
From my years of testing, I consider the average welcome bonus to be 7,500 GC and 2 SC which means that Jackpotgo falls short when it comes to SC, and gives slightly above average for free GC. However, considering the top social casinos give as much as 100,000 GC and 10+ SC, this is definitely not one of the best welcome bonuses available. Other promos I’ve seen here include:
There is also a Jackpotgo Casino VIP club which I think has potential. The main feature this provides is the unique Piggy Bank which is something I’ve not really seen before. It’s basically a type of rakeback where a percentage of every 0.50+ SC that you play with gets placed into the Piggy Bank storage. You can then collect it the following day - the higher your VIP tier, the greater your SC rakeback percentage is.
There is also a range of boosted GC packages and discounts available from the 6 VIP tiers. Although I would like to see more detail on how the VIP club works (as is the case with most social casinos), I think it at least has potential.
I had a blast writing this Jackpotgo Casino review as I rarely find a site that’s so divisive. On the one hand, it does have some decent features such as the Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin promotions, the customer support, and the variety of video slots from Evoplay and Booming Games. However, on the other hand you have the crazy arcade style design that I just don’t like, and the relatively small library of 50+ games. This really is a mixed bag and I personally wouldn’t recommend it but I can also see how other people might love the theme and design and have a blast here.
Yes. This site follows US regulations for the states it’s available in. It doesn’t allow real money deposits or gameplay, always gives you free GC and SC, and requires no purchase to play any of its games.
Yes, despite the bizarre website design, it does have SSL encryption, a valid SSL certificate, and a HTTPS connection which are all industry-standard security measures.
This is a sweepstakes casino which uses Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins (virtual currencies) instead of real money. You can use those virtual currencies to play a range of casino-style games with and get the chance to get GC and SC prizes.
Somewhat. I have had a few loading issues and there are some features like the music that I think aren’t necessary. But overall, the site is reliable and you should have an OK gaming experience.
This social casino is only available in the US to people over 18 who do NOT live in - Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, or Washington.
