How Poly Casino works
Poly Casino is a sweepstakes gaming site that offers over 500 casino-style games you can play with virtual currencies (Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins) rather than real money.
Gold Coins (GC) are used for playing in fun mode. You can even buy GC packages when you exhaust your free virtual currencies, but buying GC bundles is completely optional. On the other hand, Sweeps Coins (SC) are the site’s sweepstakes virtual currency used to play in promotional mode. Unlike Gold Coins, they aren’t purchasable.
When you play with your SC and meet some requirements, such as a 1x playthrough condition, account verification, and the 5 SC minimum threshold, you can redeem them for real prizes.
20,000 GC and 0.20 SC on offer for new players
After signing up at Poly, the sweepstakes casino will offer you 20,000 GC and 0.20 SC to get started playing 500+ casino-style games. You don’t need a
Poly Casino bonus code
to claim this promotion.
Immediately after claiming the offer, I used it to play Miner’s Fortune, a classic slot played on a 5×3 grid with bonus rounds, high volatility, and a 1,000x multiplier. I also played Clover Cash Out, a classic slot with fast-access bonus mechanics and a buy feature.
Aside from the no-purchase bonus, Poly Casino also offers a first-GC purchase deal that comes in three parts:
- 62,500 GC and 8 free SC for only $5.
- 250,000 GC and 25 free SC for $15.
- 500,000 GC and 50 free SC for $30.
Buying GC bundles is non-mandatory. You can always get free GC and SC from other regular promos.

I found many ongoing promotions after claiming the welcome bonus. Here are a few of them:
When you follow Poly Casino on its social media pages, you’ll receive 0.20 SC. The site is active on Instagram, X, and Facebook, and with each account you follow, you’ll get 0.20 Sweeps Coins. If you follow the site on its three accounts, you’ll get a total of 0.60 SC.
Daily login bonus
Poly Casino features a streak-based daily login bonus that offers 3,000 GC and 0.20 SC on the first day. The more you log in every day to claim, the higher the GC and SC amounts you get.
Install bonus
If you prefer playing on the go with the site’s mobile app, you can install it and claim 10,000 GC and 0.50 SC. The site offers a dedicated mobile app you can download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
You can send a handwritten letter to the Poly Casino headquarters to receive free SC. This is also one of the promos that increased my
TitanTreasure rating, as I received 5 SC, unlike the 2 Sweeps Coins you get from Poly Casino. You can also contact customer support to fill out a special form to get the 2 SC.
Poly Casino’s VIP program
I found an 8-tier VIP Club for active players at Poly Casino. Immediately after creating my account, I was assigned to the Bronze tier.
From there, I progressed through the levels to reach the Pink Diamond (the highest tier) by playing actively to gather VIP Points. The more you play with your GC and SC, the bigger your VIP Points, making the VIP program suitable for active players.
Some perks members enjoy include an exclusive VIP service team, faster SC redemptions, access to the VIP store, level-up bonuses, and VIP customer support.

Take a tour round the Poly Casino game library
At the time of writing this review, the sweepstakes gaming brand offers over 500 casino-style games. Unlike the different game categories I discovered during my
Acebet.cc review, you can only play slots at Poly Casino.
These games are from leading software providers, including BGaming, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming, and Evolution. Though slots are the only game category on the site, they come in different variations, including jackpots, buying features, and hold and wins.
You won’t find table games or social live dealer games at Poly Casino. I played Le King, a new installment in the Le series from Hacksaw Gaming. Crowd favorites like Snoop Dogg Dollars, Duel at Dawn, and Le Bandit are also available on the site.
A few secure payment methods for optional GC pack purchase and SC redemptions
Since I only received 0.20 SC from the no-purchase welcome bonus, I decided to claim one of the first-GC purchase deals. The site supports secure payment methods like Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for buying GC packages.
I used PayPal to buy my preferred GC bundle from the first-GC purchase deal, and Poly Casino didn’t charge me for the transaction. The GC bundle was credited to my account immediately.
As a sweepstakes casino, you can redeem your eligible SC for real prizes after verifying your account and meeting a 5 SC minimum threshold. SC redemptions through PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard are often processed within 24 hours. But if you prefer bank transfer, it may take up to three business days.
Poly Casino’s website is functional and mobile-friendly
The Poly Casino website appears to be designed for mobile gaming. That’s probably one of the reasons the sweepstakes casino offers a bonus for downloading and installing its app.
The first time I visited the sweepstakes casino’s website on my PC, I found a mobile interface rather than the regular website design. Simply put, it looked like the screen of a mobile phone. The slot games are arranged according to categories and providers on the homepage. There’s also a search feature to help you locate your favorite titles easily.
The Store, Redeem, Lobby, Bonus, and My Account sections were displayed down your screen. You’ll find your virtual currency balance at the top of the screen and a plus-sign button to switch between GC and SC modes.
Poly Casino’s website is functional and mobile-optimized. During my time on the site, the web pages and games loaded quickly without any glitches. You can sign up and play on the website with your iOS or Android device, as it’s optimized for mobile gaming.
You can install the app for on-the-go sweepstakes gaming
Poly Casino offers a dedicated mobile app for on-the-go gaming. You can get the application from the mobile app store. Once you download and install it, the sweepstakes casino will offer you 10,000 GC and 0.50 SC.
There’s also an option to install the app on your home screen. I was excited to see these download and install options, as many sweepstakes casinos don’t even offer dedicated mobile apps. For instance, I didn’t find a native app during my Blitzmania review, so I had to rely on the mobile browser when away from my PC. This slightly reduced my
Blitzmania rating.
The Poly Casino mobile app interface and features are similar to the website. But I noticed that the graphics look sharper and the web pages and games load faster than the website.

Live chat and email customer support options
You can reach the site’s support team through live chat and email. The first support option I tried was live chat, and I received replies from an AI bot.
You can request a human agent, but it usually takes a few minutes to get connected. I waited for up to seven minutes, which is longer than my experience at similar casinos like WinEra, where a human agent attended to me within two minutes.
The fast response time is the reason for my high
WinEra rating. I also sent a message to the Poly Casino email support team, but the response took up to 24 hours. So, I recommend using the live chat option if you need a quick reply.
The email support option is better for when you want to submit your verification documents or send a detailed complaint. There’s also a Poly Blog page that houses the site’s help center. You’ll find many questions and answers on SC redemptions, available games, verification, and your account.

My Poly Casino ratings – Play over 500 casino-style games on the site
Poly Casino’s 0.20 SC welcome bonus is the smallest I’ve ever claimed at a sweepstakes gaming site as a new player. The small amount of SC in many other regular promos shows the site is a bit tight-fisted when it comes to offering free Sweeps Coins.
But if you prefer playing in fun mode, you can claim a huge amount of free GC from the welcome bonus and regular promos. Moreover, you can always send a handwritten letter to get 2 SC once you meet the requirements.
The site offers one of the lowest minimum thresholds for SC redemption. If you’re looking for a sweepstakes casino that allows you to redeem at least 5 eligible SC for real prizes after meeting some requirements, click the banners on this page to register at Poly Casino.
