As you can see, there are a few different options for support, but they are not always available. Ruby Sweeps mention that you can always leave a message in the chat or open a ticket and their customer service team will get back to you when they can.
However, there is another big question mark in this area that might undermine your whole experience. A lot of us play on sweepstakes casinos to one day potentially redeem some real-life prizes, and we’ve been getting lots of reports of Ruby Sweeps users who have sent in their redemption request but not received the prize. Ruby Sweeps has a lot of positives going for it. The platforms and its UI are easy to use and there is a great FAQs section to answer many of your questions.
However, there are some negatives too. The game selection isn’t huge and you could also point towards the lack of a mobile app or the fact that the live chat is not available 24/7. But the unforgiveable thing for me is that there are big question marks over whether Ruby Sweeps actually pay out. For many of us, we play to win, and if you can’t see the fruits of your labor, many would say Ruby Sweeps isn’t worth your time.
Unlike other sweeps coin casinos, Ruby Sweeps does not carry games from world famous developers. Instead, the site is home to over 100 games, such as ‘Pot of Gold’ and ‘Voyage of Valhalla’. Some are even developed in-house by Ruby Sweeps parent company, Ruby Play.
This collection features a wide range of slot games, including over 20 jackpot slots. However, there are no table games on offer, nor is there a live casino. So although the Ruby Sweeps game library is relatively small compared to many other sweeps sites, I was still impressed by the variety and quality of the games provided. If I’m being picky, I would have liked to have seen a few table games (or even a live casino section) available, but overall this is a modest sweeps casino collection that provides a good amount of entertainment.
